Sep 14, 2019 · Basically, when you plug in external monitors and you turn off the laptop screen (using Win+P and selecting "Second screen only") the FPS on the external monitors drops to like 20-30. As soon as you turn the laptop screen back on the FPS is back to normal (60 in my case). Annoying bug for users who just want to use external monitors when they are at home.
